A jovial family of 4 will give you a taste of true Kerala hospitality with food, fun chats and travel stories to share.After a refreshing glass of Sambaram(chilled buttermilk), head over to their kitchen and get to witness and participate in making some mouth-watering dishes such as Tapioca Steamed Cake and Ulli Theeyal(Shallot curry). Try your hand at making your own cake and steaming it. Give a tempering to the shallot curry and get an insight into the world of Kerala spices. Post the cooking session you can go over to the dining area and enjoy the Tapioca Steamed Cake and Ulli Theeyal along with the rest of the meal. The entire meal experience will last for 3-4 hours.Please note - This is not a professional cooking class but rather an opportunity to cook and dine with a local home-chef. The experience will be as much about the stories around the food and local culture, as it would be about the meal itself.
