GAKHAR AND GOSHT

Mini Wheat bread made with stiff dough of atta. Portions of the dough are rounded up and boiled and baked in oven and finished by tempering with pure ghee. It is similar to the batis made in Rajasthan. It is enjoyed with thick mutton gravy
