Explore the vegetarian Jammu and Kashmiri cuisine at Jasleen's home in Goregaon West as she hosts you for an authentic meal consisting of vegetarian delights like Dum Aloo, Nadru (Lotus Root) Yakhni and much more. Each of the dishes will be homemade using recipes which have been passed down to her by her mother and father, both of whom continue to be my food inspirations. This is a multi course meal and will be served in courses, starting with the Palak Shorba and followed by the other mains. Jasleen likes hosting informal and casual dining experiences and hence the meal will be served in a buffet set-up. She will end the meal with a homemade Kehwa, which is a Kashmiri green tea prepared with saffron, cardamom and almonds.
