She is a strong believer of preserving the traditional methods of cooking and uses fresh ingredients to prepare all her food. Indulge in a step-by-step cooking demo of how to make Stuffed Bhindi (okras stuffed with a mildly spicy homemade masala) and Masala Puri (flatbread with a touch of spice) or Be-padi Rotli (two layered Gujarati flatbread). Post that, sit down and relax because it is time to savour an authentic Gujarati thali!The entire experience will last 2-4 hours.Please note - This is not a professional cooking class but rather an opportunity to cook and dine with a local home-chef.
