She is very particular about the ingredients that she uses and gets all of them from Vishakapatnam which she frequents often. Her meal is full of flavours and captures the true taste of Andhra Brahmin cuisine! For this special pop-up, Sumitra will be working with Chef Manish Uniyal of Hyatt Centric to bring this amazing authentic regional menu to you.
