Thank you to Seema and her family for a wonderful night! It was an amazing experience to learn to cook Rajasthani food and to meet Seema's lovely family. The food was absolutely delicious and I truly enjoyed having the opportunity to learn more about Indian culture in a more intimate setting! Hope to some back soon!
What a fabulous evening we had with Seema! We said hi as strangers and hugged goodbye as friends - with a full belly and serene smiles on our faces. Beautiful Seema not only prepared a wonderful meal for and with us but shared her vast culinary and cultural knowledge with us. We got an insight into the Jaipur way of life and the time flew as we grinded spices, tasted homemade pickles and finally devoured a kingly Rajasthani meal. We would give seven blinking stars if we could and hope to meet Seema again, someday, somewhere.
We had an amazing evening with Seema and her lovely family. We talked for hours about life, love and living in India. We shared beautiful stories. I feel very inspired by Seema's strong perseverance. Her son and daughters were so kind too. Sharing their stories about school and their dreams for the future. Her husband came in every now and then for a good laugh. And I haven't even started about the food. That was just excellent. Seema is an amazing cook. And eating with our hands was just so much fun. I love it! If it was up to me Seema should start a restaurant in The Netherlands, so I can appreciate her dinners as often as I like. So all in all the best dinner we had in India and an amzing, homely and welcoming experience in the crazy hustle and bustle of Jaipur. Thank you so much! Hopefully we'll meet again!
