Being passionate about food and art, I have learned all my culinary skills from my mother. Though I love cooking authentic Kolhapuri food, I also specialise in French pastry and have been professionally trained from the French Culinary Institute, NYC. Before moving back to Mumbai, I was living in New York and then London for almost 17 years. Besides cooking, I love gardening, traveling and Interior Designing.
The food, first and foremost, extraordinary! The flavours were amazing and the host and venue, incredibly warm and friendly. That's what I always like about meals with Authenticook, they feel like home :-)
