Inayat grew up in the household where it took 4 individuals to prepare a meal for 6 members of the family. Food was an integral part of their environment and its finer nuisances were shared, discussed and sometimes debated. His generation and nieces were fortunate to see the art of good food being prepared under the watchful eyes of their buas and chachis (Aunts). They look back and share this fascinating unwritten history and escapades surrounding the fine art of making a meal. He is keen to host diners who relish good authentic Deccan Hyderabadi food and understand the finer nuances surrounding it.
Mr Inayat is a prolific Author, Painter, host and he has intricate knowledge of the Hyderabadi Nawabi culinary ingredients, culture and the history. His passion will be evident when he explains his recipes and interesting improvisations, with ample anecdotes. Conversing with Inayat-ji is bound to enrich your knowledge of Yyderabad's culture, history and traditions. So what you get here is a whole package and one of a kind dining experience. I and my wife thoroughly enjoyed each of the menu items. Personally, being a Telanganite myself, i felt nostalgic with this food. A kebab that melts in the mouth, Mutton Korma with select goat meat, Chicken curry, Chaas, Kala Chana curry, light and crispy Cauliflower curry, Hot and Fluffy paratha, amazing double ka mitha dessert - Inayat-Ji knows his creations well. I highly recommend signing up for this experience if you get a chance.
