Anjali specializes in Goan Hindu Cuisine and has been doing so for the last 30 years. She comes with a background in the hospitality sector. She recently won first place in Seafood and Fish Category for Goan Chef Awards 2016 among other awards. Anjali is a friendly person who makes authentic Goan food. The welcome drink, Kokum and Prawn cutlets were the best. Overall, it was a great experience.
I thoroughly enjoyed our Saraswat cooking experience with Anjali. She's an amazing woman and a perfect host. The food we prepared (vegetarian) was absolutely delicious and very different to anything you find on Goa's restaurant menus. There is a lot of love and care going into her dishes, you can easily tell she's very passionate about her food. I'd been looking for someone to show and explain Saraswat cuisine to me and it was great to be able to talk to someone with such a vast knowledge on the subject. There's so much more I need to learn, I'll definitely be coming back again next year!
