Abhishek is a second year journalism student with experience in theatre and design. He put up his first pasta stall at 15 years of age and has found joy in cooking for others ever since. He likes to use fresh ingredients - as few and as gently as possible. In his spare time he likes to make, drink and study coffee, play basketball and cricket, and get outdoors.
The meal and the hosts- Abhishek and his parents were fantastic! Abhishek made sure we got every dish freshly made on the spot. His determination, confidence and cooking skills left us in awe of him. The mozzarella, tomato, balsamic spoons and the various types of bruschetta were amazing! We were really happy to gorge on some yummy home-made and healthy (made of semolina) pastas and spaghettis. A big thumbs up to Abhishek and his wonderful parents!
